Please note there will be extra charges if the dog is matted - this is for extra time needed and the additional strain on the equipment. If matts are too severe we may have to refer to your vets.

We require a £10 booking fee to confirm any appointment. Please note 48 hours'notice is required to cancel/ change any appointment, otherwise the 50% of the groom will be due. If you cancel last minute or fail to show, full payment will be due before future bookings can be made.

Pluto's requires that you make a FULL DISCLOSURE of your dog's behaviour when booking (if its timid, difficult or aggressive etc). Please disclose FULL medical issues etc too.

** This is based on a dog whose coat is in a good condition, with no knots/mats and good behaviour **

-Anal glands issues and ear plucking

Please note that I do not express anal glands and that any issues your dog should see your vet for this. Ear plucking is not recommended by vets anymore and so I do not offer this service.
